About LAARF Singers
LAARFS - the Laughing, All Abilities, Really Friendly Singers

LAARFS is a choir aimed at people with chronic illness who use music to ease some effects of their condition.
Singing is great for easing pain and discomfort and with the LAARF Singers, it is also free.
Everyone likes to sing, so escape your world for two hours and sing with us.
Just sing. No negativity, no criticism. No pressure. Just sing.
Cake, Sticky buns.
Laughing.
Put your feet up. Put your legs up - or leave them outside the door.
All you need is one lung and a willingness to forget your troubles and sing.
Whether it’s “Sweet Caroline” or Banana boat song... “Daaayo”, that’s why we’re here.
Sing! Take a time out with us.
